Hana Bank Launches 'iWells', Ultra-Personalized AI Asset Management Service
Hana Bank announced on the 6th that it will implement the hyper-personalized digital asset management platform service, 'iWells.'
Hana Bank has independently developed an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm for customized asset management and plans to provide hyper-personalized asset diagnosis and portfolios based on it. The bank analyzed the past transaction history of all its customers and derived each customer's 'investment DNA' to offer uniquely tailored information, realizing a 'hyper-personalization solution.'
According to Hana Bank, the service has moved beyond the initial level of asset management, which was limited to simply viewing account statements by product or comparing financial information with peer groups as entertaining content, enabling sophisticated asset management as if being managed by a dedicated private banker (PB).
iWells can be accessed through Hana Bank's mobile banking app, 'Hana One Q,' and customers can also receive the service by visiting branches. Additionally, a hybrid (omnichannel) process is incorporated, allowing users to connect with PBs or consulting staff through Hana One Q for advice.
