Considering that Vietnam is a popular destination for Korean companies, RSquare included factory and industrial complex sites in the promotion. The promotion benefits can be used only once during the promotion period, and contracts must be completed within the year.
RSquare Vietnam has been actively conducting business since the second half of last year, brokering office leases for companies such as Migeon Life and Shinhan Life. It has expanded its business scope to consulting by signing a local market research contract with SK Energy.
RSquare Vietnam has secured building data through comprehensive surveys by directly visiting key areas in Vietnam, including central business districts of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, factories, industrial complexes, and logistics centers. The secured data covers approximately 50,000 buildings such as offices, factories, and logistics centers.
Shin Jimin, head of RSquare Vietnam, said, "Through this promotion, we will become a reliable partner for domestic companies dreaming of entering Vietnam."
