On the 4th, HiteJinro held a tree-planting event to create a Beautiful Forest in Namyang-ri, Okgye-myeon, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do. Namyang-ri, Okgye-myeon, Gangneung-si, was heavily damaged by wildfires last year, and through this event, 1,000 trees were planted over approximately 1.1 hectares (about 1.5 times the size of a soccer field). HiteJinro plans to continuously manage the area until the wildfire damage is fully restored, contributing to the normalization of the forest.
The donations used for creating the Beautiful Forest are raised annually through a charity bazaar held by HiteJinro and its partners together with Beautiful Store. HiteJinro has been conducting this bazaar with Beautiful Store for 11 years, continuing its donation activities.
