Incheon City Provides Emergency Bells and Safety Equipment to Single Women Households and Stores
Incheon City will provide safety equipment such as home CCTV and emergency bells to single-woman households and stores to prevent stalking crimes.
According to the city on the 5th, this year, 200 single-woman households and stores in the Namdong and Bupyeong areas will be prioritized for support, and after a satisfaction survey, the decision to expand the project next year will be made.
The support targets are single-person households with a jeonse (lease) conversion value of 250 million KRW or less, and single-person stores with a jeonse conversion value of 350 million KRW or less, prioritizing crime-affected and low-income households among single-person households and stores.
Crime-affected households can submit proof documents such as a fact confirmation letter issued by the police station. Low-income households will be verified by the local district office for basic livelihood security recipients or near-poverty class status (subject to consent for personal information inquiry).
