Japan Eases Quarantine for Arrivals from China... Lifts Mandatory Submission of Negative Test Certificates
The Japanese government will ease COVID-19 quarantine measures for arrivals from China starting on the 5th.
According to the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 3rd, those entering Japan from mainland China via direct flights will no longer be required to submit a mandatory negative COVID-19 test certificate obtained within 72 hours before departure from China.
Arrivals only need to submit either a negative test certificate obtained within 72 hours before departure from China or proof of having received three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
