Meeting of Representatives of Gwangyang Port Hinterland Complex Held
Strengthening Competitiveness of Hinterland Complexes and Exploring Win-Win Cooperation Measures
Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority (President Park Seong-hyun, YGPA) announced on the 3rd that it held the ‘Gwangyang Port Hinterland Complex Representatives Meeting’ with representatives from about 45 companies residing in the Gwangyang Port hinterland complex.
At the meeting, participants discussed strengthening the cooperative network to enhance the competitiveness of the Gwangyang Port hinterland complex and explored ways for mutual cooperation.
At this event, YGPA stated that it plans to actively improve suggestions such as revising the management regulations of the hinterland complex to support corporate activities by collecting various opinions from resident companies.
President Park Seong-hyun expressed deep gratitude for the dedicated efforts of the resident companies in the hinterland complex to achieve results despite the unstable global complex economic crisis following the pandemic, and requested active discussions and suggestions.
He added, “We will do our best to improve customer satisfaction and increase the added value of the hinterland complex,” and said, “Let us overcome the crisis together through more proactive and mutually beneficial management than before for the successful business activities of resident companies.”
