Hansot Unveils New April Menu Including 'Katsukatsu Dosirak'
Hansot announced on the 3rd that it has launched two new menu items for April: the ‘Katsu Katsu Dosirak’ and the ‘Avocado Myeongran Bibimbap.’
First, the Katsu Katsu Dosirak, which allows customers to enjoy both ‘Donkatsu’ and ‘Chicken Katsu’ at once, is an extremely cost-effective lunchbox that satisfies customers who want to enjoy various types of katsu. It is coated with fresh (生) breadcrumbs and fried, which keeps the crispy texture unchanged even after some time.
Using domestic pork and chicken breast, it offers rich juiciness and moistness. The donkatsu made from pork loin is thick, providing a delightful chewiness and excellent pork flavor.
The newly developed chicken katsu features the grain of the chicken breast, highlighting a light and savory taste.
The Katsu Katsu Dosirak is served with Western-style sauce and tartar sauce.
The ‘Avocado Myeongran Bibimbap,’ which was released last fall as a limited quantity item, has returned as a regular menu item thanks to continuous customer requests and support after its sales ended.
The Avocado Myeongran Bibimbap is composed of ‘Avocado Sobulgogi’ and the mildly flavored ‘Avocado Smoked Chicken Breast’ infused with a smoky aroma, allowing customers to choose according to their preference. Whole Peruvian ‘Hass’ avocados are included, providing a unique nutty flavor, enhanced by Hansot’s special lemon soy sauce for added umami.
