New Vision 2030 Proclamation Ceremony Held
Gyeongnam Changwon Facilities Corporation has newly announced its vision of "Leap to an Innovative Public Enterprise Centered on Citizens," reflecting the corporation's new management direction and future outlook.
On the 30th of last month, the corporation held the "New Vision 2030 Proclamation Ceremony" at the Changwon Football Center auditorium, attended by over 200 employees and executives.

View original imageThe ceremony began with a drum performance by the Changwon City Dance Troupe as a pre-event, followed by congratulatory messages from Hong Nampyo, Mayor of Changwon Special City, and Kim Igeun, Chairman of the Changwon Special City Council. The event proceeded with the proclamation of the new vision, congratulatory interview videos from internal and external guests, a vision proclamation performance, and a commemorative photo session.
At the ceremony, Chairman Kim Jonghae personally explained the corporation's five mid- to long-term management strategies and presented 20 sector-specific tasks to implement them.
The five management strategies announced that day are ▲ Establishment of a sustainable management system ▲ Construction of a smart and digital management system ▲ Advancement of crisis management system operation ▲ Provision of high-quality citizen services ▲ Advancement of organizational culture through communication and harmony.
The sector-specific tasks include preparing a citizen-centered ESG management strategy, a major transition to an automated facility management control system, strengthening the disaster safety control tower, discovering and activating citizen participation platforms, and promoting efficient field-centered organizational operations.
Along with the newly proclaimed vision, the corporation has set mid- to long-term goals such as ▲ a management revenue ratio of 90% ▲ zero safety accident rate ▲ customer satisfaction score of 95 points ▲ comprehensive integrity score of 9.85 points, and plans to focus administrative efforts to achieve these targets.
