Korea Rail Network Authority to Hire 150 Experiential Youth Interns
The Korea Rail Network Authority announced on the 31st that it will conduct the recruitment process for experiential youth interns from the 12th to the 19th of next month.
The recruitment scale is 150 people. After document submission, the Rail Network Authority plans to announce the final successful candidates in June following document screening and interviews.
The working period for the hired youth interns is 6 months (extended from the previous 3 months), and based on work performance, they may receive additional points in future Korea Rail Network Authority recruitment exams.
To realize social equity, the Rail Network Authority also plans to hire 7 regular employees in the disability and veterans sectors alongside the youth intern recruitment.

Kim Han-young, Director of the Rail Network Authority, said, “We will build a bridge of hope for the youth and realize warm companionship to support the government's national policy goals,” adding, “In the second half of the year, we plan to expand recruitment of general positions such as university and high school graduates to help resolve the youth employment drought.”
