Gyeongnam National University Student Council Hosts Romantic Cherry Blossom Festival for University Students
The Student Council of Gyeongnam National University held the "2023 Academic Year Gyeongnam National University Cherry Blossom Festival" over two days from the 28th to the 29th in the parking lot in front of the main building.
This festival, held at Gyeongnam National University, famous as a local cherry blossom hotspot, was organized to offer students romance and memories on a campus that has regained vitality after COVID-19.

View original imageDuring the two-day event, food booths prepared by each college's student council and departments were set up, along with performances by band, dance, and hip-hop clubs. A street karaoke was also operated against the backdrop of fully bloomed cherry blossoms, providing students with diverse enjoyment.
After the event, a "clean-up" activity was carried out around the venue, led by the Student Council.
Lee Dong-gyu, President of the Student Council, said, "I hope many current and new students created precious memories at this cherry blossom festival," and added, "We will continue to strive to contribute to improving campus satisfaction and atmosphere through various student events organized by the Student Council and other student self-governing bodies."
