On the 29th, the Korea Exchange held its regular shareholders' meeting at its Yeouido headquarters and announced the appointment of Park Jeong-rim, President of KB Securities, as a new industry-representative outside director. Jeong Il-moon, President of Korea Investment & Securities, was reappointed as the industry-representative outside director who serves as an audit committee member.
The initial term for newly appointed outside director Park Jeong-rim is three years, while the term for reappointed outside director Jeong Il-moon is one year.
