View original imageOn Tuesday the 28th, morning temperatures in most areas are expected to hover around 0 degrees Celsius, making it somewhat chilly.
The morning low temperatures will range from -2 to 8 degrees Celsius, about 2 to 3 degrees higher than today. However, frost or ice may form mainly in the central inland areas, so caution is advised for crop management.
The daytime high temperatures will be between 13 and 19 degrees Celsius, continuing the mild weather. The temperature difference between day and night is expected to be more than 15 degrees for the time being.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungnam, and 'Moderate' in other regions.
Gangwon Yeongseo, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungbuk, and Jeonbuk are expected to experience temporarily 'Bad' levels at night.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea.
