"Enact Special Law Supporting Ulleungdo and Dokdo"... Ulleung-gun Holds On-Site Meeting at Dokdo
On the 27th, Ulleung-gun, Gyeongbuk held a department head meeting on Dokdo to pray for the enactment of the Ulleungdo·Dokdo Support Special Act.
At the on-site meeting attended by the Ulleung-gun mayor, department heads, and about 70 public officials, they highlighted the necessity of enacting the special law, a long-cherished wish of the Ulleung residents, and held a detailed strategy meeting to draw support from the government and the National Assembly.

After the meeting, the attendees visited the Dokdo Guard to encourage and express gratitude to the personnel working hard to protect Dokdo. They toured facilities including the candidate sites for Seodo and Dokdo Safety Support Centers and the Dokdo residents' lodging before returning to Ulleungdo.
