“Hope to Help Neighbors with Blood Shortage” … 120 Students and Teachers from Gyeongbuk Technical High School Donate Blood
Daegu Gyeongbuk Technical High School conducted a 'Blood Donation Campaign' targeting all students for five days starting from the 20th, resulting in 120 participants including students and staff members in the group blood donation.
Amid ongoing blood supply shortages, Gyeongbuk Technical High School carried out the 'Blood Donation Campaign' mainly led by the Red Cross Youth (RCY) students. Both students and teachers boarded the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Blood Center blood donation bus set up on campus to practice sharing life and loving their neighbors.
Following the group blood donation in December 2022, the blood donation certificates collected from this group donation will be donated in April.
Citizen Woo, a second-year student at Gyeongbuk Technical High School who participated in the blood donation, said, "Although it was a small gesture, I donated blood together with my friends, and I feel proud to be able to offer even a little help to neighbors in need."
