Hapcheon-gun to Open Individual House Price Inspection and Receive Opinions
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province is conducting a review and submission of opinions on individual housing prices.
On the 27th, Hapcheon-gun announced that it will allow homeowners and other stakeholders to review the prices of 19,749 individual houses surveyed and assessed as of January 1 of this year, and receive their opinions by April 10.
The individual housing prices can be reviewed and opinions submitted at the Hapcheon-gun Finance Department or the Eup/Myeon offices, and can also be accessed online through the ‘Gyeongnam Real Estate Information Inquiry System’.
The county hopes for reviews and opinion submissions before fairly determining and announcing the housing prices. For more detailed information regarding individual housing prices, inquiries can be made to the Taxation Officer at the Hapcheon-gun Finance Department or the Finance and General Affairs Officer at the Eup/Myeon office where the house is located.

The apartment prices surveyed and assessed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport can also be reviewed and opinions submitted during the same period at the Real Estate Public Price Notification website, the Korea Real Estate One-Call Center, Hapcheon-gun Finance Department, or the Eup/Myeon office where the house is located.
