Final Identity Verification of Kwon Do-hyung and Han Chang-jun
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] The National Police Agency announced on the 24th that the identity of Kwon Do-hyung, CEO of Terraform Labs, who was arrested in Montenegro, has been finally confirmed. Han Chang-jun, former CEO of Chai Corporation, who was also apprehended, has been identified as the same individual.
The National Police Agency stated around 7 a.m. that day, "By comparing fingerprint data received from Montenegro Interpol with the data held by the National Police Agency, it was finally confirmed that the two individuals arrested locally are suspects Kwon and Han in the Luna case."
The National Police Agency notified the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office and Montenegro Interpol of this information, and expressed their intention to cooperate to ensure a smooth extradition process using Interpol cooperation channels.

The previous day, the National Police Agency announced that individuals presumed to be CEO Kwon and Mr. Han were apprehended by authorities in Montenegro. The Financial Crime Joint Investigation Team of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office had been tracking Kwon since last September after obtaining an arrest warrant on charges of violating the Capital Markets Act. The prosecution froze Kwon's virtual assets worth 95 billion won and requested a Red Notice from Interpol.
