Yeongdeok-gun Supports Delivery Fees to Boost Direct Transactions of Agricultural Specialties... 2,500 KRW per Package
Budget of 600 Million KRW, Individual Maximum Delivery Fee Support up to 2 Million KRW
Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, is promoting a direct transaction delivery fee support project for agricultural specialty products to reduce distribution costs and increase income for farmers by revitalizing direct transactions of locally produced agricultural specialty products.
This support project provides a delivery fee of 2,500 KRW per case for agricultural specialty products directly produced and processed by farmers, farming groups, or agricultural cooperatives operating agricultural businesses with addresses in the area, when sold through delivery services.
Through this support project, Yeongdeok-gun will support 240,000 delivery sales with a budget of 600 million KRW this year, and provide up to 2 million KRW to farmers who have made 40 or more delivery sales of agricultural specialty products.
As direct transaction channels for agricultural products are expanding nationwide, Yeongdeok-gun plans to actively support additional applications until December this year, as this support project is receiving a positive response from farmers.
