Choi Hogwon, Yeongdeungpo District Mayor, Participates in Arbor Day Tree Planting Event
Choi Ho-gwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District Office (far right), participated in the 'Relay Tree Planting Event' with residents on the morning of the 22nd.
The 'Relay Tree Planting Event' was held throughout various parks in Yeongdeungpo District to mark the 78th Arbor Day, raising awareness about the importance of planting and nurturing trees and to pass on clean air to future generations of children.
Mayor Choi Ho-gwon planted over 6,000 trees together with about 400 participants including public officials and residents, attaching nameplates expressing their dreams and wishes to the trees.
