Kim Seung-yeon, chairman of Hanwha Group, received an annual salary of 9 billion KRW last year.
According to Hanwha Group's 2022 business report on the 21st, Chairman Kim received 3.601 billion KRW and 3.6 billion KRW in salaries from Hanwha and Hanwha Solutions, respectively. Including 1.8 billion KRW received from Hanwha Construction before the merger in the first half of last year, the total amounts to 9 billion KRW.

Kim Dong-kwan, the eldest son of Chairman Kim and vice chairman, received a total of 7.511 billion KRW from three Hanwha affiliates. Vice Chairman Kim received 3.058 billion KRW from Hanwha, 1.339 billion KRW from Hanwha Aerospace, and 3.114 billion KRW in salary and other labor income from Hanwha Solutions.
