At Daegu City Hall Sangyeok Office, Remains of Elderly Missing for 9 Years Found
The skeletal remains of an elderly person who went missing nine years ago were discovered on the site of the Sangyeok Office Building in Daegu City Hall.
Daegu Northern Police Station announced on the 16th at around 11:50 a.m. that skeletal remains were found between the Smart Drone Technology Center building and a wall inside the office building.
The remains were first discovered by a contractor employee who was cleaning the area and reported it to the police.
The location where the remains were found is a very narrow space between the building and the wall, a secluded area rarely visited by people.
The identity of the skeletal remains is presumed to be an elderly dementia patient in their 80s who was reported missing in 2014.
