Korea P&G Announces Open Recruitment for Conversion-Type Interns in the First Half of the Year
Deadline for Applications: Next Month 28th
한국P&G announced on the 16th that it will conduct the 2023 first half recruitment for conversion-type internships until the 28th of next month.
This first half internship recruitment covers a total of five job fields: ▲Sales Headquarters ▲Marketing Headquarters (Brand Management) ▲Logistics and Production Headquarters (Product Supply) ▲Finance Strategy Headquarters (Finance & Accounting) ▲Information Technology Headquarters. Any student currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of university can apply regardless of their major.
The internship program will run for two months from July to August this year, and talents who successfully complete the program will be given the opportunity to join P&G after graduation. The starting annual salary upon hiring is 57.4 million KRW based on the entry-level new graduate standard, with an additional welfare allowance worth approximately 2.5 million KRW and separate performance bonuses.
All recruitment procedures will proceed in the order of ▲application submission and online test ▲interview. The online test evaluates core competencies as a P&G talent along with basic logical, reasoning, and numerical skills. The deadline for application submission and online test participation is the 28th of next month, and in-depth personality interviews will be conducted in May for those who pass the document screening. The interviews will be held three times and conducted in either Korean or English.
During the internship period, there will be an opportunity to visit the P&G Singapore branch.
