The prosecution conducted a search and seizure on Lee Sang-jun, CEO of Bithumb Holdings, who is suspected of charging listing fees for cryptocurrency listings.
On the 15th, the Financial Investigation Division 2 of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Chae Hee-man) announced that they conducted a search and seizure at the Bithumb Holdings office and Lee Sang-jun's residence on the 13th.
According to the prosecution, Lee is suspected of receiving listing fees in exchange for listing domestic cryptocurrencies on Bithumb.
