Dongwon F&B Launches High-Protein 'Sanyang Protein Slice Cheese'
Dongwon F&B announced on the 15th that it has launched a high-protein 'Sanyang Protein Slice Cheese' containing goat milk protein powder.
Denmark Sanyang Protein Slice Cheese contains protein powder extracted from goat milk sourced from the pristine nature of the Netherlands. Goat milk is known to aid digestion as it has a low lactose content and contains 'beta-casein,' a component structurally similar to breast milk.
The new product contains 4.3g of protein per 20g slice. This is more than 25% higher than the average protein content of the top three slice cheese products in the market, according to Nielsen Korea.
