Seoul City announced on the 14th that Mayor Oh Se-hoon, who is on a business trip to Europe, visited the Victoria and Albert Museum in London as his first schedule on the 13th (local time) and donated three garments made by domestic fashion designers.
This garment donation was arranged to promote the friendship between London, one of the global fashion advanced cities, and Seoul, and to strengthen exchange and cooperation with the London fashion industry by promoting Seoul's fashion, which is attracting worldwide attention among the various charms of Seoul in the inaugural year of realizing the 'Attractive Special City Seoul.'
Seoul City explained that in selecting the donated garments, they prioritized whether the works of designers who have participated in Seoul Fashion Week for many years (Park Chun-moo, Park Jong-cheol) and promising new designers who participated in the 2023 F/W London Fashion Week (Seok Woon-yoon) could embody and express the unique elegance and beauty of Korea.
