The Dobong Police Station in Seoul is investigating Mr. A (49), who is suspected of setting a fire near Dobongsan.
According to the police on the 12th, Mr. A set the fire near Naejasa in Dobongsan at around 11:16 PM the previous day. The police found Mr. A wandering near the scene with a lighter and arrested him on the spot. Mr. A is refusing to give a statement.
The police plan to conduct further witness interviews to investigate the specific circumstances and motive behind Mr. A's crime.
