Seoul Digital Foundation Publishes First 'ChatGPT Utilization Report'
Proactive Use of ChatGPT in the Public Sector
On the 12th, Seoul Digital Foundation announced that it published the 'ChatGPT Utilization Report (Work Utilization Edition)' on the 7th, which provides tips on how to improve work efficiency using ChatGPT.
This report is mainly targeted at 'office workers' and contains useful ways to utilize ChatGPT in work settings. In particular, it includes cases for public sector workers such as Seoul city and affiliated institution officials, supporting the provision of diverse public services for Seoul citizens.
The report is composed of four main sections: ▲Concept and development process of ChatGPT ▲Work utilization areas and methods ▲Tips for improving utilization ▲Precautions when using it.
Specifically, it introduces actual cases where ChatGPT is used in various work areas such as 'report research,' 'business planning idea generation,' 'press releases,' 'translation and proofreading,' 'Excel work utilization,' and 'programming (work automation).'
