Choo Kyung-ho Meets Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister, Says "Let's Cooperate on Supply Chains"
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Choo Kyung-ho met with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister of Economy Le Minh Khai on the 10th (local time) to discuss economic cooperation measures between the two countries.
At the 2nd Korea-Vietnam Deputy Prime Minister of Economy Meeting held in Hanoi, Vietnam, Deputy Prime Minister Choo said, "Supply chain cooperation is a key cooperation keyword for both countries," adding, "Policy support such as tax and finance is necessary to ensure continuous and expanded cooperation between companies of the two countries."
He continued, "I hope that discussions on cooperation in the core mineral sector, agreed upon by the two governments last December, will make substantial progress and that the scope of supply chain cooperation, including raw material cooperation, will expand."

Deputy Prime Minister Choo also expressed his intention to expand policy finance between the two countries, enhance customs and clearance systems, and encourage Korean companies' participation by discovering infrastructure projects within Vietnam.
