CJ Logistics Signs Title Sponsorship for 2023 Superrace Championship
CJ Logistics continues its title sponsorship for the eighth consecutive year of the country’s largest motorsports event, the ‘2023 CJ Logistics Superrace Championship.’
On the 10th, CJ Logistics announced that it had signed the title sponsorship agreement for the ‘2023 CJ Logistics Superrace Championship.’
Since first partnering with Superrace in 2016, CJ Logistics has maintained its collaboration for eight years. Even during the past two years when the pandemic forced races to be held without spectators, the company led efforts to popularize motorsports.
In 2021, leveraging the motorsport characteristic of high ‘speed,’ CJ Logistics established the ‘CJ Logistics Fastest Lap Award.’ This award is given to the driver who records the fastest lap time in each round, with a trophy and prize money presented.
With CJ Logistics’ support, the Superrace Championship has regained its pre-pandemic enthusiasm. Notably, 28,226 spectators attended the opening race last year, which resumed with an audience.
This year, Superrace plans to build on this momentum. The signature ‘Night Race’ will be expanded to the metropolitan area, and various entertaining elements such as supercars like Lamborghini and Porsche, as well as bike races, will be added to position the event as a mecca sports event.
