Daegu City Recruiting 15 Students for 'Big Data Financial Expert Course'
Monthly Activity Allowance of 200,000 KRW

Daegu City, DGB Daegu Bank, and the Daegu Digital Innovation Promotion Agency (DIP) are launching the 'Big Data Finance Expert Course' for the first time this year to nurture digital talent in the era of the data economy, recruiting 15 students.
Graduates (or prospective graduates) of universities (including graduate schools), students on leave, and job seekers in the financial sector living in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk area are eligible to apply. Classes will be held five days a week for five months, from May 1 to September 27.
The program will offer a diverse curriculum including online and offline coding education covering basic to advanced levels, modeling practice projects, special lectures by professionals working in finance-related fields, introduction and consulting on employment and startup cases, and data visualization.
Participants will receive a monthly research activity allowance worth 200,000 KRW, and top performers will be awarded a total prize of 1,800,000 KRW along with an internship opportunity in data analysis at Daegu Bank.
The application deadline is the 24th, and after a final selection process including interviews, approximately 15 candidates will be chosen.
