Gwangsu Kim, Gwangju Nam-gu Council Member, Receives Legislative Award for Two Consecutive Years
Kim Kwang-su, a member of the Nam-gu Council in Gwangju Metropolitan City, won the Legislative Award for the second consecutive year following last year.
According to the Nam-gu Council in Gwangju on the 6th, Councilor Kim recently received the Legislative Award at the 28th anniversary event of the Nam-gu Council's establishment.
The Legislative Award is given by the Gwangju Metropolitan City Nam-gu Legislative Association, a nonprofit organization, to council members who have contributed to the development of the local community and legislative progress. Recipients are selected based on criteria such as attendance at meetings, enactment and revision of ordinances, questions about district administration, 5-minute free speeches, and local public opinion evaluations.
