View original imageThe Youth Policy Contest is jointly hosted by the Office for Government Policy Coordination and the Youth Foundation, reflecting the Yoon Seok-yeol administration's national agenda to incorporate the voices of young people into policy.
This contest is open to teams of three youths aged 19 to 34, inviting diverse policy ideas from young people in four areas: housing, jobs, education, and welfare·finance·culture. Selected proposals will receive full support to be implemented as actual policies.
Minister Won personally handed out coffee to young people and communicated with them, encouraging active participation by saying, "This Youth Policy Contest will become a policy incubator by youth, for youth."

In particular, Minister Won emphasized, "Youth housing is the first button for stabilizing young people's lives and preparing for the future," adding, "We expect that fresh proposals arising from young people's experiences of living alone or receiving housing support through this contest will lead to realistic youth housing policies."
