Expansion of Services Such as Deceased Property Inquiry through 'Ansim Sangsok'
Refund Amounts for 4 Major Social Insurance Premiums and Inquiry on Fishing Vessel Ownership
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 2nd that starting tomorrow, the 'Safe Inheritance One-Stop Service (Integrated Processing of Deceased's Property Inquiry)' will also allow inquiries into the four major social insurance premiums and fishing vessel ownership details.
The 'Safe Inheritance One-Stop Service' is a public service that enables heirs to inquire about the inherited property of the deceased, including financial assets, national and local taxes, national pension, land, and buildings, all at once.
From the 3rd, heirs will be able to check the deceased's outstanding premiums and unpaid refunds for the four major social insurances (Health Insurance, National Pension, Employment Insurance, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance) through the 'Safe Inheritance One-Stop Service' without any separate inquiry procedures.
Additionally, the types of property available for integrated inquiry have been expanded to include the deceased's ownership details of fishing vessels (eoseon).
So far, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety has continuously expanded the types of property available for integrated inquiry to enhance convenience for heirs.
The 'Safe Inheritance One-Stop Service' can be applied for by visiting a nearby eup/myeon/dong community service center or online through Government24.
