Korea Securities Depository Appoints New Executives Lee In-seok, Han Seok, and Shin Jae-geun
The Korea Securities Depository held its 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and announced on the 28th the appointment of Lee In-seok as the new Standing Director and Han Seok and Shin Jae-geun as the new Public Interest Representative Non-Standing Directors.
Lee In-seok, the new Standing Director, previously worked at Samsung Life Insurance and the Export-Import Bank of Korea, and served as a Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting, a partner at Novus Consulting, and a partner at Samjong Accounting Corporation.

Han Seok, the new Public Interest Representative Non-Standing Director, has worked at Korea Securities, KB Securities, and Hyundai Motor Securities. Shin Jae-geun, the new Public Interest Representative Non-Standing Director, served as a director of the Korean Association of Agricultural Policy and as the head of the Nonghyup Central Association's Nonghyup Economic Research Institute.
