SGI Seoul Guarantee "Jeonse Loan Guarantee Available for Single-Homeowners with Over 900 Million Won"
Effective from applications submitted on March 2 of this year
SGI Seoul Guarantee Insurance will provide jeonse loan guarantees even for homeowners with a market value exceeding 900 million KRW and owning one house.
SGI Seoul Guarantee Insurance announced that, as a follow-up measure to this year's Financial Services Commission work report, it will expand the eligible scope starting from loan applications submitted on the 2nd of next month. This is part of a policy to support housing stability for single-homeowners and actual users.
This expansion of loan guarantees will be implemented commonly by SGI Seoul Guarantee Insurance, Korea Housing Finance Corporation, and Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation. Detailed inquiries can be confirmed through the lending financial institutions.
