Busan Office of Education Awards Government Honors to 293 Retired Teachers in Full
On the 27th at 2 PM, the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education held a ceremony in the main auditorium of the education office to present government awards to 293 retiring teachers, including 193 teachers retiring due to age, 97 honorary retirees, and 3 other retirees from elementary and secondary schools in the district.
The award ceremony was held for 64 recipients who wished to receive their awards out of the total 293 awardees.
The retiring teachers received government awards in recognition of their dedicated service and contributions to the development of education during their tenure.

The awards included 69 Hwangjo Geunjeong Medals, 42 Hongjo Geunjeong Medals, 72 Nokjo Geunjeong Medals, 63 Okjo Geunjeong Medals, 38 Geunjeong Certificates of Merit, 4 Presidential Citations, and 5 Prime Minister Citations, totaling 293 recipients.
