The Council Secretariat announced on the 27th that it will officially implement the "Open the Door to Communication!" project next month, which simultaneously gathers opinions divided into five areas to establish a system where employees can work enthusiastically.
First, starting next month, the Secretariat will introduce the "Now, Speak Freely (Nuguna, Geochimeopsi, Malhagi)" program for employees and operate an anonymous wish-receiving (所願受理) system.
To ensure anonymity and confidentiality, all employees will be given identical envelopes and paper, and regardless of whether they write anything, all submissions will be collected through a collection box. The Secretariat Chief will personally review and organize the contents to reflect them in future Secretariat organizational innovation plans.
Additionally, before the temporary session next month, a "Communicate with the Secretariat Chief" program will be prepared, conducting roundtable meetings by rank, department, and task. This is a measure to listen to difficulties and incorporate Secretariat operation plans.
Furthermore, starting in April, the Secretariat will visit 31 city and county local consultation offices to hold "Local Consultation Office On-site Roundtable Meetings" to hear local issues and difficulties from council members and employees.
Moreover, through the "Director, Please Listen" program, the Secretariat Chief will conduct one-on-one interviews with all employees individually.
