GH's 'Innovation and Vision Report Meeting' to Continue for 100 Years
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) announced its new vision for the next 100 years, "Opportunity Partner GH," on the 27th and held an "Innovation and Vision Report Meeting."
President Kim Se-yong stated, "Reflecting the vision of the 8th civilian administration, 'Opportunity,' we have embodied the will to create more, equitable, and better residential spaces and work environments, making Gyeonggi Province a space of more, equitable, and better opportunities together with its residents."
Earlier, GH launched the "Management Innovation Task Force (TFT)" in January, composed of five external experts (including the leader) and 17 internal members, to derive innovation plans for achieving strategic tasks. Over six weeks of meetings, the task force proposed innovation strategies across four areas: business innovation, management strategy, human rights and integrity, and organizational personnel.
In the business innovation sector, GH set a goal to lead innovative growth and economic development through the Gyeonggi-type Startup Valley. This aims to create 530,000 jobs and generate sales of 226 trillion KRW. The innovation strategies include developing the Startup Valley and Planet, as well as residential complex models for Baby Boomers and the MZ generation.
In the management strategy sector, GH aims to become a century-old company based on innovation strategies such as governance innovation (launch of the Opportunity Capital Shareholders Group), enhancing corporate value (full adoption of 4th industrial technologies), and sustainable management (diversification of business areas).
In the human rights and integrity sector, GH aims to be a fair and trustworthy organization through human rights respect and integrity innovation management by establishing a human rights center, improving personnel systems, and introducing the latest smart safety technologies.

In the organizational personnel sector, GH aims to innovate performance-oriented personnel and organizational management by strengthening managerial capabilities through the operation of a competency evaluation center and introducing a self-sales (self-recommendation presentation type) promotion system to motivate staff-level employees.
