At the signing ceremony, County Governor Jo Geun-je, Seong Eun-sook, head of the Haman-gun branch of the Korea Association of Realtors, and others attended, signed the agreement, and agreed to establish a tight-knit community safety net.

View original imageThe Haman-gun branch provides the county with information on socially isolated households at risk of hardship, such as housing-vulnerable groups in the area, on an ongoing basis, and actively promotes the discovery of at-risk households to landlords or tenants when lease contracts are signed through realtors.
The county plans to conduct in-depth counseling and investigations on at-risk households based on the information provided by the Haman-gun branch of the Korea Association of Realtors and actively connect them to necessary welfare services.
Branch head Seong said, “When conducting brokerage consultations, there are residents who have difficulties such as needing to move due to financial hardship or struggling with rent shortages. We need to pay attention to whether those people need help.” She added, “If we discover a crisis case, we will immediately request the county office and the eup/myeon offices directly to ensure prompt welfare counseling and support, and we will actively cooperate.”
