Oh is accused of dragging a woman who was drunk and collapsed on the street to a nearby motel and sexually assaulting her in May of last year. He is also accused of taking the victim's wallet during this process and not returning it. Oh is known to have stated during the police investigation that he was helping the intoxicated victim.
