Air Busan Temporarily Adds 108 Flights on Jeju Route
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Air Busan will temporarily increase about 100 flights on the Jeju route from the 21st of this month to the 25th of next month.
This temporary increase aims to improve travel convenience for passengers experiencing seat shortages on the Jeju route, adding a total of 21,564 seats across 108 flights, including ▲Busan-Jeju 60 flights ▲Gimpo-Jeju 48 flights.
From January to mid-February, the average load factor on Air Busan's Jeju route recorded about the mid-90% range, as the number of travelers visiting Jeju during winter and spring vacations increased, causing severe seat shortages.
Air Busan announced that it decided to add additional flights on the Jeju route to resolve this seat shortage. Last year as well, Air Busan continuously implemented temporary increases to improve travel convenience for passengers on the Jeju route.
