Jeonjangyeon "If demands are accepted, voluntary attendance next month"
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] Park Kyung-seok (63), co-executive director of the National Solidarity Against Disability Discrimination (Jeonjangyeon), who has led subway boarding protests, has repeatedly stated his intention not to comply with the police summons.
On the 19th, Jeonjangyeon demanded, "We request Kim Kwang-ho, Chief of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, to announce a full survey and installation plan of convenience facilities, including elevators, at all affiliated police stations," and added, "Minister of Strategy and Finance Choo Kyung-ho should promise to reflect the budget at the March National Fiscal Strategy Meeting based on the installation plan announced by Chief Kim."
Jeonjangyeon stated that if these demands are accepted, Director Park will voluntarily appear for investigation in March.
