In the metropolitan area, on the 21st, 'Guri Station Lotte Castle Signature,' being constructed in Inchang-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do, will accept first-priority subscription applications. It consists of 11 buildings from 6 basement floors to 42 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 34 to 101㎡, and out of a total of 1,180 households, 679 will be sold to the general public. Additionally, on the 20th, in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, the officetel 'Gangdong Station SK Leaders View' (378 units) will accept subscription applications.
In the provinces, 'Eco Delta City Prugio Lin' (886 households), being constructed in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, will accept first-priority subscription applications on the 21st. It consists of 14 buildings from 1 basement floor to 21 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 110㎡, totaling 886 households.
