Paragliding Crash in Yeongcheon Geumhogang River... 50-Year-Old Man in Cardiac Arrest
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] A man in his 50s who was paragliding over the Geumho River in Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongbuk, was found in a state of cardiac arrest after falling.
According to the Yeongcheon Fire Station, Mr. A, a man in his 50s wearing paragliding equipment, was found by a citizen around 11:59 a.m. on the 18th, fallen into the Geumho River in Geumho-eup, Yeongcheon-si. When the 119 rescue team arrived after receiving the report, Mr. A was in cardiac arrest.
The paragliding flight, which had taken off from the Geumho River Park Center Square, is known to have crashed into the Geumho River during the flight.
