CJ Group Donates 300 Million KRW in Relief Funds to Turkey Affected by Gangjin Disaster
On the 14th, CJ Group announced that it will donate 300 million KRW to help Turkiye, which suffered massive damage from the earthquake in Kangjin.
This relief fund will be delivered through the Community Chest of Korea and used for local relief efforts and damage recovery in Turkiye. Currently, CJ Logistics' global affiliate is continuing its logistics business in Turkiye, and CGV cinemas have also entered the market there.
A CJ representative said, "We want to offer some support to the people of Turkiye who are suffering from this unexpected large-scale disaster," adding, "We decided to provide the donation in hopes of a swift return to normal life."
