On the 13th, the Gangbuk Police Station in Seoul announced that they are investigating former district mayor Park Mo, affiliated with the Democratic Party of Korea, on charges including obstruction of business and obstruction of official duties.
Former District Mayor Park is accused of shouting and causing a disturbance inside a taxi last month in mid-month while returning home, after arguing with the taxi driver over the fare.
