Formation of Integrity TF Team, Promotion of Differentiated Policies

[Muan＝Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Jeonnam Muan-gun (Governor Kim San) received a grade 4 in last year's integrity evaluation and is preparing and implementing special measures to improve integrity.

According to the county on the 13th, the Integrity TF team, led by the deputy governor, is composed of 4 divisions and 15 teams centered on the audit team related to integrity evaluation items such as subsidies, taxation, contracts, construction, and personnel.

The TF team decided to hold regular monthly meetings focusing on supplementing and improving insufficient areas where the perceived integrity in fields such as permits and construction was evaluated lower than the average of other local governments.

To improve internal integrity, the audit team conducts visiting integrity education by department to cultivate employees' awareness of integrity, and requires all employees to submit a self-diagnosis integrity checklist once a month to foster a mindset of self-reflection on integrity.

In addition, by promoting one integrity policy per department, the awareness of integrity will be spread, and self-directed integrity learning education will be expanded to include public officials.

In March, under the supervision of the education department, an integrity instructor will be invited to Hwangtogol Autonomous Square to conduct integrity education for all employees, and in the second half of the year, education on the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act and eradication of workplace power harassment will be conducted, contributing not only to securing the trust of residents but also to improving organizational culture.
