The Financial Supervisory Service operates this system to listen to consumers' opinions for the protection of financial consumers, including the improvement of unreasonable financial practices.
The selected reporters carry out activities such as proposing inconveniences experienced during financial transactions, necessary system improvements, and ideas to prevent financial consumer damages through a dedicated reporting system.
