[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] The Busan Women's Culture Center is recruiting participating companies for the "Career Interruption Prevention Workplace Culture Improvement Support Project" to create a workplace culture where women can continuously work, from the 10th to November.

View original imageThe "Career Interruption Prevention Workplace Culture Improvement Support Project" provides services for companies employing female workers, including ▲ "Work-Life Balance Culture Expansion Workshops and Education," ▲ "On-site Corporate Consulting" for fostering family-friendly work culture and establishing efficient personnel and labor systems, and ▲ "Corporate Environment Improvement Support" for creating female-friendly environments such as women's restrooms and nursing rooms.
Any company in the Busan area employing female workers can participate. Companies wishing to participate can download the application form from the notices section on the Women's Culture Center website, complete it, and submit it.
After the application process, 29 participating companies will be selected through screening: 8 for workshops and education, 20 for corporate consulting, and 1 for corporate environment improvement support.
Kim Jeonghee, director of the Women's Culture Center, said, "Through the workplace culture improvement support project that makes it easier for women to work, we hope that companies in the Busan area will benefit in creating a workplace culture where women can continuously work and in spreading a work-life balance culture," adding, "We ask for the active interest and participation of companies."
