[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Hanshin Engineering & Construction announced on the 9th that it has terminated the contract for the 'Pohang Jukdo Hanshin The Hue Mixed-Use Complex' signed with Korea Land Trust.
This project involves constructing a mixed-use complex in 640-2, Jukdo-dong, Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk Province. Hanshin Engineering & Construction signed a construction contract with Korea Land Trust on December 28, 2021.

Hanshin Engineering & Construction stated, "After signing the contract, we did not receive the detailed construction plans necessary for actual commencement from the client, Korea Land Trust. Korea Land Trust unilaterally notified us of contract termination on the grounds that they would not meet the guaranteed completion deadline." They added, "We will respond after legal review."
