The Charcoal Grilled Tofu Gangdoenjang features direct grilling on a wire mesh, allowing the smoky aroma of charcoal to come alive, and can be enjoyed as bibimbap with tofu gangdoenjang. The combination of the charming charcoal-grilled flavor that fills the nose and Hansot's special tofu gangdoenjang makes it an ideal warm and healthy meal for chilly weather.
In particular, Hansot's special tofu gangdoenjang maximizes umami and savory flavors by adding onions, peppers, and various vegetables along with soft tofu to the rich traditional doenjang. The saltiness has been reduced by 20% compared to the original to ensure it is not too salty when mixed with rice, allowing health-conscious consumers to enjoy it without worry.
